Dream Elves requires an internet connection. We process only information necessary to operate the game and cloud saves.
A randomly generated device identifier, game progress and inventory, online activity, Arena nickname and battle/replay data, and basic network logs needed to operate the service. We do not require your real name, phone number, or precise location.
We use this information to load and save progress, provide online gameplay, prevent data conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and secure the service. Data is stored on servers we control and retained only as needed for these purposes.
We do not sell personal information, use third-party advertising SDKs, or track users across apps or websites. We disclose data only when required by law or necessary to operate the service.
You may request access to or deletion of game data associated with your device identifier by contacting us below. Deleted progress cannot be restored.
